Hapup Multi Millet Cheela

 


Ingredients-

  • Onion - 1, chopped
  • Fine Semolina/Suji - 1/2 Cup
  • Hapup Millet Mix - 1 Cup
  • Besan - 4 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp, chopped
  • Green chillies - 1 1/2 tsp, Chopped
  • Corriander leaves - 1 bunch, chopped
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Refined oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt - To taste
  • Water - 1 to 2 Cups

 

Procedure -

  • Finely chop the onions.
  • Add all the dry ingredients in the bowl.
  • Hapup Millet Mix powder, besan, semolina, salt, baking powder. Mix everything.
  • Add oil.
  • Add water accordingly, whisk well and prepare a lump free, Dosa consistency batter.
  • Now in the batter, add chopped onion, ginger, green chillies and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and allow the batter to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Grease the dosa tawa with some oil.Pour the batter and rotate circular as you prepare a dosa or pancake.
  • Drizzle some oil and cook on medium flame. Once cooked flip the other side and cook well.
  • Prepare all the other cheelas in the same way and serve hot with your choice of chutney.
